I make stuffed cookies and brookies. Loaded cookies with a filled centre, and brownie cookies, which are the two things people come back for. How I work Everything is small batch and made to order, which is why I do not keep a shelf of anything. Tell me what you need and when you need it, and I bake it for that. For events I do dessert tables and party boxes for nikkahs, mehndis, engagements and milestone birthdays. I build the quantity around your guest list rather than your guest list around a box size, with enough on the table that people can take two without anyone counting. Where you will find me I trade at pop up markets around London, including Five Pillar Social. If you want to try something before ordering for an event, that is the easiest way. A note on the boring bit I have a five star food hygiene rating. Most people baking at this scale do not publish one, and I think you should be able to check. Beyond London I post across the UK, so boxes do not have to stay local.
