Based in Havant, baker Jayne designs everything from semi-naked rustic finishes and smooth buttercream modern designs to entirely custom statement pieces. The Classic Elegance range starts from £450 for a three-tier cake; bespoke designs from £550. Each cake is made to order, and Jayne limits herself to 20 weddings annually. Couples can order a taster box to explore flavours before committing, or discuss their vision directly. Cookie favours, cupcake towers, and individual mini cakes are also available.
