April's Baker creates bespoke cakes for celebrations of all sizes. Founded in 2019 by Roxy Mankoo, who trained at Le Cordon Bleu and studied bakeries across London and New York, the business blends playful colour palettes with vintage charm. Single tier cakes serve 10 to 50 guests, starting from £100, while two tier designs serve 40 to 60 guests from £240 to £440. All cakes are baked and assembled one to two days before your event, then hand-delivered to your South London location or available for collection from the studio. Sister-run with Corinne Mankoo, whose event design background ensures every detail receives attention.
