Candoco Dance Company is an entertainer and dance theatre company creating contemporary performance work. Their production Over and Over (and over again) is a beat-driven show exploring dance as freedom practice, inspired by rave culture and the lived experience of disabled dancers. Featuring five performers, a DJ set-like soundtrack of acid, house, techno and grime, and narrative co-directed by storytelling raver Stef O'Driscoll, the show captures themes of liberation, identity and belonging. The performance combines dance, narrative and iconography to create a joyous, thought-provoking experience lasting approximately one hour.
