CI Playfight London offers dynamic movement entertainment blending play, dance, and combat-inspired choreography. Led by instructor Tibi Moravcik, sessions combine Systema martial arts, Contact Improvisation, Chi Kung, Capoeira, and Cossack tradition into a flowing, non-competitive experience. Classes run Tuesday evenings at The Bath House in Hackney, with tuition at £10 per class or £15 for a combined class and jam session. Playfighting creates a heightened awareness state, unlocking instinct and intuition while building confidence, strength, and sensitivity in a safe, playful environment centred on movement harmony and realistic self-defence skills.
