City Canapé Company specialises in hand-made canapés prepared fresh each morning in Central London kitchens. Every order is chilled, never frozen, and delivered emission-free by cargo bike. The team draws on twenty-five years of catering heritage through parent company Mayfair Catering, learning from conferences and events across the capital. Menus are designed around seasonal ingredients, with herbs grown in-house to minimise food miles. Each canapé is finished by hand and arranged with attention to detail. The kitchen prioritises sustainability, keeping waste minimal and operating as one of the city's most environmentally conscious caterers.
