Who we are

I founded Cuisine A La Leke in 2002 after two decades in UK catering leadership, from kitchen porter to multi-site general manager on major contracts. We cook Afro-Caribbean and multicultural food for weddings, birthdays, corporate events and private dining across the UK. How we serve Buffet banquets, three-course plated banquets, family style with bowls or lazy Susan, canapes and finger food with chefs on site or delivered platters, private party orders in thermal boxes, and kitchen tasting sessions. Waiting staff are included for an average eight-hour shift when the event ends by midnight. What we do not list here We do not cater bar or alcohol service through this listing, and we do not include separate kitchen hire, entertainment, decor or photography referrals as our services. Pricing Per-head figures on this listing are estimates for planning. Minimum numbers, deposits and final menus are agreed when you book.
