Containerville is a creative workspace community in Tower Hamlets, housed in upcycled shipping containers across Emma Street and adjacent sites. Home to over 200 small businesses, it provides affordable and flexible studio space in a vibrant, diverse neighbourhood. The beauty services directory lists practitioners including wellness and aesthetic specialists operating from the containers. Founded on the principle of supporting small enterprise, Containerville has transformed previously derelict East London land into a thriving hub where independent professionals, including hair and makeup artists, build their practices. The space fosters collaboration and community among creative entrepreneurs.
