Every cake is made from scratch in small batches using the finest ingredients, with recipes developed to balance flavour, form and flair. Gāya's designs are uniquely chic, romantic and floral. Bespoke commissions start at £165 for single tier cakes, £365 for two tier, £595 for three tier and £950 for four tier. The bakery also offers ready-made classic layer cakes and dinner party desserts. Weekend opening hours run Friday to Sunday from the Putney Bridge Road location.
