GAIL's Bakery at Crossrail Place bakes freshly made sourdough, pastries and cakes by hand each day, alongside barista-made speciality coffee and iced drinks. Located above Canary Wharf Elizabeth line station, the bakery features warm yellow zellige tiles framing an open kitchen, curved terracotta brickwork and reclaimed furniture. For gatherings, sharing boxes are available with 48 hours' notice for delivery or local collection. The space celebrates craft and seasonality, with an artwork by local mudlarker Charlie Dixon connecting the bakery to the River Thames.
