About this service

Museum of Comedy is an entertainment venue in the atmospheric crypt of Grade I listed St George's Church in Camden. Since 2014, it has hosted comedy shows ranging from intimate work-in-progress performances by established acts like Frankie Boyle and Stewart Lee to showcases for emerging talent through the Monday Club and annual competitions including New Comedian of the Year and Sketch Off. The space combines performance with a gallery of comedy memorabilia, including Bill Bailey's six-neck guitar, Spitting Image puppets, and portraits from Steve Ullathorne's Comic Collection. Regular programming spans stand-up, sketch, cabaret, and theatre.
