O2 Ritz Manchester is a Grade II listed live music venue built in 1928 by architects Cruickshank and Seward. Originally a dance hall with a sprung dancefloor and revolving stage, it became a celebrated live music destination hosting performances from The Beatles, Frank Sinatra, The Smiths, Happy Mondays, R.E.M., and The Stone Roses. In recent decades, the venue has presented artists including Arctic Monkeys, Gary Numan, Ian Brown, and The Maccabees. The historic Manchester venue continues to programme live sets across multiple genres, drawing both established and emerging talent to its characterful space.
