His canapés menu draws on Asian-inspired flavours, offering fish options such as pan fried tiger prawns with Nam Jim dips and sashimi of salmon with Ponzu dips, alongside meat choices including marinated duck with sesame seed dressing and fillet of beef rare with tomato and chili chutney. Vegetarian selections feature arancini with wild mushroom and truffle oil, and pumpkin and ricotta tart with spiced honey.
