Saffron Caterers is an event catering company led by chef Gareth Thomas, who trained at Leiths Cookery School and worked under Michelin-starred chefs at Auberge du Lac and Rhodes 24 in London City. He later opened the Rose & Crown in Highgate, which won Best British Restaurant 2009 and featured in the Michelin Guide. Gareth identified a gap in the market for bespoke, high-quality event catering and founded Saffron with that vision. Today, Gareth leads the kitchen while Dawn Thomas manages client experience. The team includes experienced event managers who ensure every occasion runs smoothly. Saffron operates as a family business, treating each event as their own.
