Spit Rotisserie is a South East London caterer specialising in free-range British rotisserie chicken, brined for twelve hours and slow-roasted over an open flame with a signature rub. Each meal comes with potatoes roasted beneath the spits to absorb the rich fat, plus two seasonal sides and hot sauce. They deliver fresh to SE4, SE6, SE13 and SE23 every Friday between 6 and 7.15pm, with orders placed before 9am that day. Weekend collections are available from Fields Cafe in Ladywell by noon on Saturday and Sunday. Whole birds cost £29, halves £16.50. They work exclusively with high-welfare birds and local independent producers.
