Taco Truck is a mobile catering kitchen serving authentic Mexican street food on location. Recipes are inspired by markets across central and southern Mexico, with home roasted and freshly ground spices blended into dishes like re-fried black beans. The operation runs from a distinctive vintage Citroën H fire engine, adding character to any event. Taco Truck specialises exclusively in tacos and can serve up to 300 guests. The team has catered weddings, food fairs, vintage car fairs and music festivals, including events at Proms in Hyde Park and major rock festivals.
