The Big London Bake East is a baker and immersive baking experience in Hackney. Founded in 2017, the team delivers hands-on baking events where guests work in pairs at 12 baking stations with instructors and ingredients provided. Everything is included in the experience. The founders, Adam and Eloise, moved into full-time operation after testing recipes and building the concept from a marquee setup into multiple venues. They focus on making baking accessible and joyful rather than intimidating, supporting local communities and charities alongside their events programme.
