The Pizza Host is a mobile pizza van caterer serving weddings, corporate events, parties and festivals across the UK. Founder Danilo built the operation to deliver authentic Italian pizza cooked in front of guests, with each pizza ready in about 90 seconds. The team offers four distinct styles: Napoletana soft and puffed, Romana thin and crisp, Pinsa Romana long-fermented and light, and Calzone folded and sealed. Dough is slow-proved and toppings kept simple using quality ingredients. Pizzaioli cook on site in the Neapolitan tradition. The Pizza Host caters events from 20 to 500 guests and covers London, Essex, Oxford, Birmingham and Manchester most regularly, though they work across the whole UK.
