Vanilla Bean Events is a Surrey-based caterer specializing in bespoke menus for private occasions and product launches. The team designs menus around client brands and themes, from three-course formal dinners to international street food festivals. Recent events include a luxury car launch for 130 guests featuring roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, coronation chicken lollipops, and miniature desserts, and a 500-guest private festival in Oxshott with Pan-American street food and multiple food stations. They craft personalised menus paired with considered styling and service, handling everything from finger foods and canapés to full event catering across Surrey and beyond.
