What Does Not is a décor and human connection design practice based in Islington. They shape spaces and experiences through storytelling, culture strategy, and intentional design that prioritises genuine human connection. Their work spans leadership communication, culture development, and workplace belonging, translating these principles into how organisations and communities inhabit their spaces. They offer culture strategy, human-centric team training, and relational project delivery, drawing on experience running RAW, one of London's popular storytelling nights. Their approach integrates performance, retention, and authentic connection as core design elements.
