Yeast Bakery is a viennoiserie baker based near Broadway Market in East London, by Regent's Canal. Founded in 2011, they specialise in hand-made croissants and pastries made with simple, quality ingredients and meticulous attention to craft. The small team combines science and skill to develop their core range of classic pastries and seasonal specialities. They moved to a new site in August 2021 on the corner of Sheep Lane and Andrews Road. Their approach centres on research, tasting, and testing to ensure every product is delicious.
