The room

We hire a converted Victorian stable on the ground floor in Harringay. Exposed roof beams, whitewashed brick and wide board flooring already give the room a character of its own, so a dinner or a launch needs very little doing to it.

How a booking works

Private hire is limited to a few events a month, which keeps this a working photography studio and a cultural space as well as a venue. The minimum booking is four hours, seven days a week. You bring your own catering, and we keep a list of preferred caterers. You bring your own alcohol, with corkage at £7 per adult guest. There is no in-house kitchen service and we do not supply drinks.

What comes with the hire

Tables and chairs for up to 30, plus crockery, glassware and cutlery. The kitchen has an electric oven, a four burner induction hob, an under counter fridge and freezer, a Bristol sink and a dishwasher. Tea, coffee and water sit with a sound system, WiFi and a large fan.

Who it is for

Intimate dinners and supper clubs sit here most often. Private celebrations, engagements, launches and screenings, workshops, exhibitions and small creative gatherings sit here too.

Getting here

Ground floor access is through a large gate at 4a Atterbury Road, N4 1SF, so the building is step free. Pets are welcome. There is free parking and outdoor space. Sustainability is how we run the building.
