The stage

We hire a film and photography studio in Bow, East London, by the session. The same room is four setups at one rate: a white infinity cove, a green screen, a full blackout, and drive in through a roller shutter.

The numbers

The whole studio is 10.7 m by 7.3 m, 4.3 m high. Ground floor is 80 square metres, the mezzanine 30, 110 in total. The cyclorama stage is 5.7 m by 6.8 m, 3.8 m high, 40 square metres.

What comes with the session

A powered lighting grid with DMX controlled LED Space Force top lights, plus basic grip, C stands, sandbags and polyboards. Light sealed wool serge blackout curtains, removable vinyl flooring, and 32A three phase with a detachable distribution box. Ground floor loading through the roller shutter. Hair and makeup, a changing room, shower and WC, a kitchen, a lounge, tea and coffee, a green room, high speed WiFi, and a mezzanine with natural light.

How the hours run

Day sessions run from seven in the morning until eight at night. Night sessions run from eight at night until seven in the morning. We keep single use plastic out of the building, and the lights and appliances are low energy.

Who it is for

This is a studio for shoots and content days. The rate is the same whichever of the four setups you use.
