Our studio is on Shelford Place in Stoke Newington. It holds fifty standing or twenty-two seated, with natural light, air conditioning and a private garden.

The hire includes cork yoga mats and blocks, a full set of dumbbells and free weights, bicycles and a treadmill, a PA, a television and a fixed camera if you want to stream. There is a kitchen area for preparing food, and you are welcome to bring your own caterer.

Entry is at ground level and step-free, with accessible toilets. There are five free parking spaces on site and more on the street.

We run yoga, meditation, fitness and dance here, and the room also works for wellness workshops, rehearsals and private parties. We do not allow alcohol.
