We are a small, modern independent venue in Furzedown, between Tooting and Streatham. You hire the whole place exclusively, set over two floors, with your own kitchen. About 70 sqm (750 sq ft) in total, with a 5m shop display window onto the street. Events Baby showers, gender reveals, bridal showers, toddler parties, birthdays, anniversary parties, sit-down dinners, funeral wakes, product launches, pop-up shops, meetings, workshops, rehearsals, community events, and classes including yoga, music and art. The space Ground floor about 35 sqm, street-facing and accessible. Lower studio about 35 sqm, with the kitchen, stairs access only. Capacity 50 standing, 25 seated, 20 in a workshop, 10 yoga mats. Evening and weekend hire from 2.5 hours at £150. Both are £60 per hour for the whole venue exclusively. A refundable bond of £300 for parties, or £150 for small events and meetings.
