Abney Park Cemetery is a film and photography location managed in partnership with Screen Hackney. One of the 'Magnificent Seven' cemeteries, it offers a distinctive atmospheric setting with gothic chapel, mature woodland, narrow paths and numerous monuments. The cemetery welcomes filming and photography projects of all sizes, acknowledging the sensitivities involved in cemetery locations whilst maintaining a positive approach to bookings. The grounds provide varied backdrops across its woodland and memorial areas. All enquiries and bookings are handled by Screen Hackney. The venue also hosts community events, including memorial gatherings and talks.
