Amber Leaf London is an authentic Indian restaurant on Hackney Road, Tower Hamlets, opened in 2024. Born from a shared dream between two friends, one from Himachal Pradesh, the other from Punjab, the kitchen honours heirloom recipes passed down through generations. Dishes are never rushed: slow-roasted meats, overnight lentils, dum-sealed biryanis, and hand-ground spices define the approach. The menu traces every recipe to one of two regions, from Himalayan Ladakh Momos to Punjabi Butter Chicken and Dal Makhni. Quality ingredients, free-range chicken, fresh fish, are sourced with care.
