Bede Community Centre opened in September 2014 as part of the Bede estate refurbishment. The hall accommodates up to 35 people seated across 82.5 square metres and includes a kitchenette. It suits organised leisure activities, meetings, training seminars, conferences, parties, celebrations and community events. Weekday hire runs from 5.30pm to 9pm, with food and music stopping by 8pm. Weekend availability is 10am to 8pm. A 10% discount applies to registered charities, voluntary sector groups and residents; an additional 10% discount is available for block bookings of 6 or more dates. All bookings include setup and clearaway time.
