Brockley Studios is a converted terraced house offering three professionally sound-treated rehearsal rooms in SE4. Each space features air conditioning, WiFi, and a full backline: PA system with three microphones, guitar and bass amplifiers, keyboard stand, and tuned drum kit. Rooms are available 11am, 10pm weekdays and 11am, 6pm weekends. Studio A and B are £13.50/hour daytime; Studio C £11.50/hour. Evening sessions (6pm, 10pm) offer discounted multi-hour rates. Additional equipment, keyboards, premium snares, cymbals, guitars, and cables, available for hire per session. Free street parking outside. Ideal for bands, musicians, and audio projects.
