The Rafayel Space is a 222 sqm third-floor venue at Hotel Rafayel in Battersea, with full Thames views and a private terrace. It hosts corporate events, celebrations, and community classes in a light-filled setting. The space includes in-house catering and full event production capabilities. CheckMate Experiences operates the venue with a community pledge: 10% of every corporate booking funds local activity, affordable venue hire for community groups, free chess programmes in Battersea schools and libraries, and bursary places for children's classes in drama, creative and wellbeing activities. Corporate days, team away-days, conferences and training events all contribute directly to community access and local support.
