We are two floors on Highgate Road, between Kentish Town and Gospel Oak, in the old Pizza East building. Six and a half thousand square feet of it, and each floor has its own bar and its own feel. Upstairs Open and loungey, leather banquettes, plants, and enormous Crittall windows that give you daylight right through the afternoon. There are board games, a pool table and books, which people use more than you would think. Downstairs A more private bar with its own team for the night and a built in PA you can plug a phone into. This is the one people take for birthdays, engagements and office parties. It holds a hundred standing or sixty seated. Take the whole building and you are at three hundred standing. The food Two wood fired ovens, so pizza, plus sharing platters, small plates and feasting menus served family style down the middle of the table. Seasonal, locally sourced, and we brew some of the beer here. How booking works We work on a minimum spend rather than a room hire fee, so what you commit to goes on your guests' food and drink rather than on top of it. Midweek is the lowest and it climbs towards the weekend. We are an evening venue, six until one, and we are licensed to one with extensions available. We do not take external catering or bring your own drinks, but you are very welcome to bring a cake.
