Colour + Sense is a sanctuary studio in Hackney Wick devoted to embodied experiences where art, body, and colour intersect. Founded by Mars Leon, an embodiment artist and colour researcher, it offers one-to-one and group sessions including bodywork and touch therapies, aerial and yin yoga, meditative painting, and cacao and floating meditation. The studio is available for creative productions, photo shoots, and collaborations, as well as workshops and immersive colour installations. Every experience is developed through conversation and care, shaped entirely around the individual. A space designed to help people feel, express, and find restoration.
