We're ES London, an English language school in Camden offering three flexible meeting and event spaces. The Boardroom seats up to 25 or stands 25; the Lounge accommodates 10 seated or 25 standing; the Training Room holds 25 seated or standing.

All three rooms are available for hire from £75 to £120 per hour, depending on the space. Located at 27 to 28 Woburn Square, we're suited to small conferences, private meetings, training sessions, and gatherings.

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 10 days before your event. Full payment is required for bookings made within 10 days of the hire date.

  • Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Access & Hours

  • Rooms are available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30. You must vacate promptly at the end of your hire period. Overtime will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

  • AV equipment, interactive screen, whiteboard, and Wi-Fi are included. You are responsible for any damage caused to our equipment or property by you or your delegates.

  • Catering must be confirmed five working days in advance. External caterers require prior written approval. Food and drink must remain in designated areas.

  • ES London accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property. We recommend arranging your own event insurance.
