The site accommodates over thirty studios, two dance spaces, a photography studio, gym, and gallery, welcoming thousands of visitors annually. Facilities include fast WiFi, 24/7 resident access, accessible lift, meeting rooms, communal kitchen, private rooftop, event space, and a solar-powered conservatory lounge. The independent venue supports artists, designers, filmmakers, and social enterprises with flexible, affordable studio arrangements. A free public gallery showcases resident work and emerging talent. Bike parking and repair services are available on-site. Located at 47 Martello Street, the venue operates Monday, Friday 10am, 6pm, with extended access for residents.
