• Bookings are for fixed time slots regardless of arrival time. Additional time is charged in 15-min increments at 1.5× the hourly rate.

• The renter must ensure all participants are aware they may be recorded and that all necessary consents are obtained.

• Any illegal, dangerous, abusive, defamatory, or harmful activity is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• The host reserves the right to stop or refuse service where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or puts equipment, property, or people at risk.

• External equipment, large crews, or non-standard setups are not permitted unless agreed in advance in writing.

• Recordings are delivered at the end of the session directly to the client on their own storage device. The host does not retain copies of recordings after handover.

• If WeTransfer is used as an add-on service, the renter is responsible for downloading files within 7 days of delivery. The host is not responsible for file loss after delivery.

• The renter is responsible for ensuring all content recorded complies with laws, including copyright, licensing, and permissions for all participants and materials used.

• The renter is responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance for their production and activities.

• CCTV operates in all common areas (not in bathrooms).
