Kachette Annex is a distinctive glass-fronted event space occupying the original Shoreditch Railway Station entrance hall. Located at a prominent corner in East London, it spans two floors with flexible layout options and 1,200 sq ft of hireable space. The venue offers standing capacity for up to 120 guests on the ground floor and 100 on the first floor, with banquet seating for 40 to 50 depending on floor selection. Equipped with air-conditioning, polished concrete flooring, and a fixed bar structure with refrigeration, the space suits pop-ups, launches, private gatherings and corporate events. Full technical capabilities include a 10GB network connection, lighting and d&b audio, projector, wireless microphones and DJ equipment. In-house cleaning, security staffing and a duty venue manager are provided.
