• Stick to your booked hours, including setup and clear-up. Extra time may incur charges.

• You’re responsible for any damage to the venue or equipment.

• Only use free-standing decorations unless otherwise agreed. No pins, nails or adhesives on walls.

• No open flames or candles without prior approval. Fire exits must remain clear.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Events may require licensed security depending on size and type.

• Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided. Additional cleaning charges may apply.
