MOVE Studio is a spacious, naturally lit space available for hire outside regular class hours. The studio accommodates 20 mats plus instructor for movement classes, or 25 mats plus instructor for sound and breathwork sessions. Facilities include a Sonos sound system, air-conditioning and heating throughout, two toilets, shower and changing room. A separate treatment room with professional couch is also available. Full equipment provided: yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets, foam mats, TRX straps, dumbbells (1, 10kg), resistance bands, balls and sliders. Entrance hall offers extra seating and storage for bikes and buggies. Ideal for movement classes, fitness sessions, sound baths, workshops and group gatherings.
