Old Brook Barn is a beautifully restored barn set on stunning grounds in Brentwood, available for exclusive hire from 9 a.m. to midnight. The venue accommodates up to 150 guests seated, with capacity for 150+ in the evening. Hire includes tables, Chiavari chairs, PA system with wireless microphone, heating, lighting and cleaning. A wedding coordinator is provided prior to and on the day. The barn is licensed for civil ceremonies, partnerships and blessing ceremonies, with options to hold ceremonies in the Secret Garden, Courtyard or inside the Barn itself. Catering must be arranged through recommended caterers. Mid-season rates start from £5,800; peak season from £6,200. Party hire (6pm, midnight) and Twilight hire (4pm, midnight) are also available.
