Portsoken Community Centre opened in 2021 as part of the Canopy Hilton Hotel Development. The fully accessible centre offers two larger community and events spaces, a meeting room, and two consultation rooms suitable for local and commercial hire. Community Space 1 holds 37 people across 56 sq m; Events Space accommodates 20 in 27.7 sq m; Meeting Room seats 13 in 20 sq m. Smaller consultation rooms hold 4 to 5 people. Kitchen facilities and free Wi-Fi are available. All spaces are step-free accessible. Located near Aldgate tube station, the centre welcomes birthdays, corporate meetings, community events, and gatherings.
