The venue offers two service tiers: Tier 1 provides affordable self-managed bookings with access to room equipment and a fixed cleaning fee; Tier 2 includes dedicated event support with a Duty Manager assisting with setup, technical issues, guest access management, and pack-down. Room configurations are customisable, lecture theatre, open space, or bar setup, with pre-requested equipment provided. All bookings require a minimum of 4 hours inclusive of setup and reset.
