St Matthias Hall is a versatile ground floor space suitable for performances, rehearsals, studio use, classes, workshops, talks, film shoots and community events. The warm, welcoming hall measures 9m × 15m × 5.8m high and accommodates up to 100 people (95 seated in rows, 75 at tables). Facilities include a kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, heating, lighting, chairs, tables, toilets with disabled and baby-changing access, and free wi-fi. The hall is fully accessible and meets fire safety standards. Dry hire only, bring your own caterers at no extra charge. PA/sound systems welcome at 80db maximum. Hire rates from £45 per hour (Monday, Thursday, 10am, 10pm; Friday 10am, 5pm, two-hour minimum). Refundable damage deposit applies. Setup and clearance included in hire time.
