About Studio 101
Studio 101 is a creative hub in south-east London since 2007. We offer four distinct spaces: White Studio, Black Studio, Lounge & Salon, and a large outdoor Courtyard.
Each is equipped with different backdrop and lighting setups, plus make-up and hair stations, kitchenette, and infinity cove. We host film shoots, dance workshops, theatre productions, birthday parties, and DJ events.

• A booking is confirmed after receiving the full deposit of 50% of the total booking charge
• The remainder of the payment can be made prior to the booking or upon arrival at the studio. All deposits and no-shows are non-refundable
• A client postponing a confirmed booking will be charged 50% of the full studio rate, with 24 hours' notice required
• The client must include set up and take down time within the hours booked, to avoid overtime charges
• The client must ensure that their own public liability insurance is operative for all persons in the studio during the hours of use, to cover any accident, injury or death
• Equipment must be returned promptly at the end of the hire period in the original condition
• No alterations, decorations or additions to the studio are permitted without the written consent of Studio 101
• The client shall pay any costs incurred by Studio 101 arising out of any breach of these conditions
• Studio 101 may terminate any hire contract if the client is in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions
