East-facing windows with full blackout control. The space features a 23 ft window wall and 14 ft ceiling height. Dry hire includes ten polyboards, celotex boards, posing table, cart, sandbags, grip clamps, and scaffolding poles. Power: one 32-amp outlet and six 13-amp sockets. Goods lift access available. Shoot days £300 + VAT, 9am, 6pm; overtime £30/hour. Parking available on request. Additional kit and consumables by arrangement.
