Description

Tea Building is a striking 1930s former warehouse on Shoreditch High Street, originally a Lipton Tea Factory and bacon curing plant. This iconic industrial landmark retains robust character with grit-blasted concrete walls, cobbled flooring and blackened steel detailing. An atmospheric internal street with Crittall-style doors connects Bethnal Green Road and Redchurch Street entrances. The reception features a steel and glass hub, with break-out zones and an Allpress coffee shop in the reception area. More than 1,500 people work in and visit daily. The building hosts a creative, media and tech community alongside Michelin-starred food, a members' club with rooftop pool, boutique hotel and gallery space. Available for office use and events across its distinctive spaces.
