The Common House is a ground-floor community facility at Chatto Mansions in Muswell Hill, available for hire by residents and non-residents. The main space comprises a large room (approximately 10 metres square) opening into a conservatory with access to an outdoor patio, furnished with sofas, easy chairs and low tables. Stackable chairs and folding trestle tables are provided. A small kitchen area contains appliances, cutlery and crockery. A separate guest suite with en-suite shower and tea/coffee facilities is also available to hire. The venue suits meetings, small group events, classes for adults and children, and social gatherings. Hire rates, availability and activity restrictions are managed by the Estate Housing Manager.
