The Factory Fitness and Dance Centre offers three professional-grade studios in Islington, each equipped with wooden sprung floors, mirrored walls and sound systems. Studio 1 (14m × 9m) features three full-wall windows, air conditioning and rigging points for aerial equipment. Studio 2 (9m × 9m) has black-boxed walling and connects to an upstairs mezzanine, suited for castings and auditions. Studio 3 (14m × 6m) includes two-wall windows, air conditioning, Pilates equipment and weights. All studios offer tables and chairs on request. Day-rate hires start from £18 per hour plus VAT for solo practice (maximum three participants). Standard booking hours run Monday, Thursday 11:00 to 21:30, Friday 11:00 to 20:30, weekends 09:00 to 19:30. Studio hire is managed by Clear Frame Locations.
