About The Old Lace Factory
The Bohemian North Wing is a 1200 sq ft industrial loft studio on the 1st floor, accessible via a large staircase. Natural light floods through a 26 ft skylight, which can be blacked out by prior arrangement.
The space features high ceilings with original metal beams, Eastern carpets, plush plum drapery, house plants, a kitsch Tiki corner, sparkly stage area, and an authentic retro kitchen. On street parking is available, or a private car park can be hired separately.
