The Sanctuary AndSoul is a sauna and wellness studio in Shoreditch with multiple spaces available for event hire. Soul is a large warehouse space ideal for group events and co-working. The Movement Studio hosts up to 25 people for yoga, Pilates, TRX and breathwork classes. The Sensorium is a two-room spa with London's second-largest sauna running 60 to 90°C, six plunge tubs down to 4°C, 360-degree sound, and a heated mosaic bed between rounds. Contrast therapy sessions, guided Aufguss rituals and signature Sauna Raves with live DJ are offered. All spaces welcome private hire for corporate, wellness and community events.
