About U24 Studios
U24 is a multifunctional creative space in the historic Tram Depot building in Clapton. The 80 square metre open-plan studio features 6-metre high ceilings and large skylight windows providing natural light.
The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, workspace area, and a selection of equipment and props available for hire. We welcome photo and film shoots, events, and creative projects.

1. Smoking is not allowed in the studio, but there’s designated smoking area in the building’s terrace
2. Set-up and Pack-down must be done within the booking hours
3. Overtime will be subject to 1.5x hourly charge
4. Furniture and decoration can be moved
5. Anything damaged/missing will be charged at full price plus £20 administration fee
6. Access is limited strictly to the open-plan studio, kitchen and bathroom. Using other studios/rooms within the premises isn’t authorised
